COVID-19 has certainly botched up our spring race plans, but it's not going to keep us down!

Have you been training all winter for a spring marathon (maybe Boston...), IRONMAN, IRONMAN 70.3, or other and now it's been postponed?

Are you just looking for a place to spend your fitness?

Join us in The Run Formula's Weekend Marathon Challenge, brought to you by COVID-19!

How does it work?

The Run Formula's COVID-19 Weekend Marathon Challenge will take place Friday through Sunday, April 17-19, 2020. Participants will run a marathon over the course of those three days, as follows:

We invite everyone to run the weekend's volume, but for any of our LLC athletes (QT2 Systems, OutRival Racing, The Run Formula, The Cycling Formula, The Core Diet, and Cycle Life Studio) who have some fitness to spend, we have an extra special challenge. We even have a Facebook event for it, HERE. "Join" and "Share" it! Invite others, too! The more people not in one place, the better. This is NOT a race against one another. Since we're not allowed to be near anyone, it will be a race against yourselves! Send us your current Z1 pace*, and we will assign you a 'marathon score'. Then, over the course of the weekend, on your hometown terrain, come as close to your marathon score (or faster!!!) as you can. We will calculate, for you, a 'weekend score', based upon your time trial runs. The athletes whose 'weekend score' comes the closest (or faster than!) their 'marathon score' will be the winners! We will have four Run Formula prize packs, full of sponsor goodies, for the male and female winners, as well as the next two best performances.

Those who complete the "scored challenge" will be eligible for NormaTec and Hyperice raffle prizes, valued at almost $1800 - one (1) Hyperice Hypersphere Mini ($149 value), one (1) Hyperice Hypervolt ($349 value) , and one (1) Pulse 2.0 NormaTec Recovery System ($1295 value).

If you are NOT a QT2 Systems, LLC athlete, you MUST register in order to take part in the "scored challenge" and to be eligible for the raffle prize. You can register HERE

If you are an LLC athlete and interested in taking part in the "scored challenge", please let us know by simply filling out the form below.

We will compile a list of runners and reach out to you by April 10th, in order to get your Z1 pace*, assign you a 'marathon score', as well as communicate the weekend's rules/expectations.

*If you do not know how to determine your Z1 pace, we have some alternative methods in order to help you get close.
