If you are a runner, chances are you have experienced an injury along the way which either requires you to stop running or to pull back on your intensity.  The next time you find yourself in this position, grab a running belt and hop in the pool for some aqua jogging.  Aqua jogging is a great option for maintaining your fitness until you can run again.  It also can be used to supplement your run training to help avoid injury.  In this webinar, Coach Reem will discuss the benefits of aqua jogging, provide recommendations for how to work it into your training routine and review some sample training sessions.

PRESENTER:

Reem is a coach with The Run Formula and is certified through RRCA.  She began her run coaching career in 2010, and since that time has worked with runners of all levels training for events of varying distances - from first 5K'ers to Boston Marathon qualifiers.  Reem is also an avid runner, having participated in hundreds of races over the years.  She enjoys the simplicity of running and the freedom which comes with it.
